I have been an integral part of my vibrant rural & friendly village for some 35 years now. I reside on the high side of my quiet cul-de-sac position with a larger-than-average child-safe yard. All amenities are within easy walking distance and there are a number of local picturesque walks and waterfalls that provide spectacular views and scenery. 12 months ago, I underwent a major transformation which included a brand-new kitchen with induction stove top/new flooring/new main bathroom and I was freshly painted both inside and out at the same time. Basically, all the hard work has been done to enhance me. All that you need to do is to move in and enjoy what I now have to offer. My backyard is level and fully-fenced with my own vege garden and fruit trees and easily accessed via the carport alongside me. My large water tanks and solar hot water enable me to keep costs to a minimum.
