My owners also have their own bedroom and private bathroom with a shower, toilet and spa bath. My well-appointed kitchen and dining area can rustle up breakfast for those who want it and the lounge room provides social time for guests. My camp-kitchen and out-door undercover entertaining area is a real hit with guests and they have access to an out-door bathroom facility.


Overall, I’ve got everything needed for a couple wanting a tree-change. Or, if family is on your mind, there is plenty of room to grow, while pursuing the many options of extra income. My owner has already registered me on several accommodation booking sites and receives a regular stream of bookings.


My town, “The Ridge”, is the “tourist mecca” of North-Western NSW and is the “Black Opal Capital of the World”.
